Shesmiss Navy Blue L Cardigan

This item is pre-owned it is in almost perfect condition. There are two flaws to this item. The first flaw is that the care tag has been cut out. The second flaw is that there is no size tag on the shirt. I am not sure if L is the correct size. Other than these two flaws there are no other flaws. If there are any other flaws they are minor and I did not notice them. The measurements are listed below and are the actual measurements. Shoulder to bottom-23" Armpit to armpit-18"
