Shi by Journeys Black Knee High Boots

Black knee-high tie Shi boots! I have wore them exactly 3 times. (Impulse purchase) They are comfortable and easy to walk in. The heel isn't too high. They also tie at the top and a zipper. Heel is 4 inches From bottom of the heel to the top of the boots is 26 inches. Top of boot that goes around the knee/thigh is 8 inches. Zipper is 10 inches.
