Shifts Internationale Miami Floral Dress Woven Bodice Slat Back XS Small 1970s

Vintage 1960s or 70s-era boutique shift dress by Shifts Internationale of Miami. The tropical floral print is in shades of green. It has an open basket weave design across the bodice and an open, slit, ventilated back. See photos. It is form fitting with a covered metal zipper closure at the back. Measurements taken laying flat. LENGTH (shoulder seam to bottom): 36" BUST: 16" WAIST: 15" The dress is showing some light fade from age and use. The material feels like it may be silk but the fabric content is not given on the tag. It is free of stains, tears, repairs and odors with a working zipper. I believe the former owner re-hemmed it. Classic, timeless design for garden parties, a luau, cruise, tropical vacation or patio party.
