Shimmering blue dress

Shimmering blue dress with matching sheer shawl. Size M (I’d guess it’s a 6-8 ish?). Don’t remember what the brand was, cut the tag off because it was sooooo itchy. Worn twice. Great prom/ bridesmaids/ wedding guest for a formal wedding type dress. Has a halter back with buttons, zipper back. Buttons and zipper are functioning as expected. Has a slit at the front that’s about knee high.
