Shimmery Asymmetrical Batwing Evening Top/Dress

EUC! Worn twice! Once to the Guardians of the Galaxy premiere (last pic) and one night in Vegas. It’s a great going-out top or short semi-sheer dress. It’s an Express Medium so it fits like a Large. Loose and stretchy, lots of shimmer! Can be off shoulder, both “sleeves” are different, very unique top can be worn in different ways. Long enough to be a dress if you’re petite.
