Shimmery Blue Stretch Dress

This form-fitting blue dress is super fun and super sassy! It sparkles and shines as the light changes. It’s in good shape although there’s two tiny pin holes on the front right side that I’ve shown in the photos. I have no idea what they’re from, just seemed to appear.
