Shimmery Little Black Dress w/ Fringe

This is a beautiful black dress with fringe on the bottom. There is a shimmery sparkle throughout the fabric and has never been worn. The back has zipper closure(see pic) which works perfectly. It measures 40" long and is 18 1/2" across the chest.
