Gorgeous Evans tunic blouse in shimmery silver. The tag says it is size 28, and it measures about 27" across the chest, and about 32" long. It is VERY long on a short person like me! It almost looks like a dress. There is a solid sleeveless shell underneath, and a sheer, shiny overlay. It is a very flowing, elegant top which could pass as business casual to formal. NOTE: There appears to be a " line " across the chest. I don't think it is damaged or snagged. It just looks like an imperfection in the fabric. See photos. Otherwise, it is in very good condition.
