Shimmery black skirt w/ pockets (Joe Benbasset)

Joe B by Joe Benbasset black shimmery and flowy with front pockets. 25.5” long from waist. Waist is 13” in width but has elastic sides for more room. Very comfortable. It would fit most women who are a small to medium in size or in dress size 2-6 because of expandable, stretchy waist. Lightweight skirt. Would look great with flats, heels or boots, whatever the occasion.
