I bought this at a consignment shop for a fancy event. I ended up wearing a better fit dress. I am 5'4" 34c 27 34. as you can see in pic it is too loose on top and too big over all. I am standing flat footed. it's 16.5 at bust. 13.75 at waist. 56" long.flat measurements small snag. see pic.
