I also had it serviced by Shinola, a new battery put in and a new Shinola band, exactly the same as the one it came with, in September 2023. Everything is working perfectly. I have a smart watch now so don’t wear this anymore. It’s in good condition with no scratches on the glass. The leather band has some light wear as expected but it looks good.
