Shiny metallic blue mini bubble skirt

I love love love this skirt, but it's a bit too poofy on me. I'll take a picture of me wearing it, if you'd like. It's a very beautiful blue color and i bought it to wear to a Christmas party and then decided on a full dress instead, so I've never worn the skirt but to try it on. I did buy it off of eBay and I believe that seller said she never wore it either. Anyway it's super kawaii and I wish I wasn't so short or I would rock this! ! Made out of polyester and nylon
