Shipley and Halmos cream and black blouse

Cream and black paisley designed blouse. Wore a few times to work tucked into high waist black trousers. Has a wider neck, 3/4 sleeve lengths and cute buttons down the back. I did have it altered in the upper part of the back to stay shut where the buttons are because when I moved my arms, it would sometimes pop open. In great condition one small discoloration in the back as seen in last picture. Armpit armpit measures about 16 inches across.
