prettygrlprin @lshelden hello. I received an email from Posh. I will not receive a label to ship you the shoes since it was reported as "not as described". The email also states that you will receive a refund as soon as the item is returned to me. I will not be able to list the item again for sale.

lshelden @prettygrlprin What!?! That's not right at all. That unfairly punishes your buyers... and you for an innocent mistake. I'm disappointed, as I purchased the shoes from you because I wanted them. This irritates me about Poshmark.

prettygrlprin @lshelden yes, I agree. I sent an email in response but I highly doubt the outcome will change. I do have an E bay and Ⓜ️ ercari account but I would prefer Posh. Hopefully there will be a different response in email.

prettygrlprin @lshelden hello. I am out of town. I return tomorrow evening. I just received an email from POSH stating that I can ship the shoes to you. They have also provided an shipping slip which is great. As soon as I return home tomorrow, I will package and place in the blue mailing box for pick up.
