dianernguyen @aliciaann232 hey so they called me and told me that the package is still in transit, but the tracking is just not updated because it got lost. they do not know at the time when it is coming, but i think if i were to resend another one it would take the same amount of time to ship.

aliciaann232 I still haven't received my item and you STILL haven't sent another one like you said! It's almost been a month and this is ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS!!! I want a refund!!!!! I will be filing a pal dispute in 48 hours if this is not done.

aliciaann232 I'm extremely sorry about that. The post office clearly lost your item, and were idiots for blowing you off after telling you it was clearly lost. You shipped it priority so it's insured, they are required to reimburse you for the about of the item they lost. Please file that and get you money back!
