Shirred Top-NWOT

This top is scoop neck, short sleeves and shirred up the sides. The color is neutral/beige or off white color. It is made of spandex. It is new without tags. The size is a large but on the smaller fitted side. Super cute! Would be great as athletic wear or could be elevated up used as a layering piece under a sweater or even a leather jacket.
