Sky-blue polkadotted top. This pretty cotton shirt drapes sweetly from the bust and hits just around the belly button. I think it looks darling with high-waisted pants. There are spaghetti straps and adjustable tie-detailing to wrap around your arms. The neckline hits kind of high on the chest, so the cut and straps really accentuate shoulders and collarbones.
