julialuongo123 @cassidycj8 sorry for the delay, my son was in the hospital. To answer your question, the waist is 35 inches but stretched it goes comfortably to 50 inches. I measured it because it doesn’t say that it only has 2XL on the tag. It has a very strong elastic top because it’s meant to go over jeans, leggings, all pants, etc as a shirt skirt to cover the buttocks area It is cute though to wear other ways too.
