Hi! sent you the wrong shoes, there are notes in my closet on the shoes I sent. I apologize and if you prefer the ones you ordered, I can get it fixed. If you want the ones coming, there will be no further charges to you. I don't mess up often, but when I do...it's a doozie. Just let me know and I'll proceed from there. @garnerk2014 I'm packing up your right shoes right this very minute again I am so sorry I have been so sick and so crazy these last few days I just saw green shooties and my brain just never clicked in so you will have the other ones the ones that you actually ordered on your way again I'm so sorry

When I sent you a note on Thurs to let you know I had shipped the correct shoes, I gave you an incorrect tracking #. The RIGHT # is: 9505 5105 9003 7292 2228 08. I see the WRONG shoes have been delivered. Don't accept them despite the Posh notice. The RIGHT shoes are showing Monday for delivery.

Also, in order to return the pair you have already, you do NOT have to go to a post office and hand them to a person. As long as you write RETURN TO SENDER on the box, you can drop it in any USPS box where it will fit, manned or unmanned (just found that out today). Have a good weekend🌷Kaye

@jeweledonyx I have to pay for postage. The Box had already been scanned by the post office so I have to resend it with no postage.

If you write return to sender on the outside of the box, there is no charge for that. It's the same as addressee unknown, an unaccepted package is return to the sender

If they won't except it inside the post office, make sure RETURN TO SENDER is on the outside of the USPS box it's in and drop it in the unattended box outside. My husband is a mail carrier😂😂 He says someone is feeding u a bunch of baloney

Now if you DID open the box, you will have to pay for postage, however, find out if you can do it my way first, let me know. We'll work out the rest later.

The whole premise is that you didn't order it, don't want now return it to sender. They are NOT allowed to chare you for that

@garnerk2014 OK😊. Sounds like your best bet it to write Return to sender BIG on the outside, drop it in their outside box and drive off😂😂. I don't know what their issue is but my return address is on that label, they know where to return it and I think the person you met up with today was being ornery😉.
