shays_shelf @jsjyost do you know if these were left outside or in a mailbox for a long time when delivered? I'm wondering if the heat caused this. Maybe you can actually file a USPS claim

jsjyost @shays_shelf they weren’t. My mom in law is at my old address and she told me my package had arrived shortly after I got the notification from posh. I was wondering about heat exposure en route ? But I have no idea

jsjyost @shays_shelf I contacted post office customer service and they said to definitely file a claim so I’ll go ahead and do that 😊 May I screenshot and use your pics to show that they were not damaged when you se t them?
