@merigayle I have no idea what heel design is. I have plantar fasciitis and I found them comfortable to wear if that helps.

If I didn't already own this exact same pair, I would buy these. Not a negative heel, but good arch support. I have plantar fasciitis also, and I'm very particular about my footbed. Good value here.
