cruisinsusan2 @ahostilo To answer your question about the stain. The first time I saw it was when I went to take the original photos so not sure if it will come out. Anything I notice while taking inspection photos I like to point out when posting. I'm waiting for a text back to see when they can go over for me. I'll also ask if they can use spot remover.
