Shona Joy Core Tulip Hem Cocktail Dress

Shona joy core v-neck cocktail dress in navy. Tulip hem, size 4. Please note, there is a very faint stain a few inches below the bust on the left side near the split hem from a silver sharpie marker (please see the pictures). You’d have to look very hard to see the stain in person, but I have priced to reflect this flaw.
