I'm sure it's not your fault, this is probably a defective product.
I am a MK Consultant (although my status is inactive), and I know this product well. I use it faithfully and this is not how it's suppose to look. Look at the last two pictures. The solution is clearly separated with oil and water. I don't want your customers to be misinformed. I have been using this product for several years.

@1savvyshopper ok, thanks for posting the pictures. That's exactly how the product is supposed to look. I'm also a consultant, and have been involved with Mary Kay for over 30 years. Since you were refunded your money, I think it's only fair that you mail the product back to me and I will reimburse you the postage (as long as it's reasonable). It is not a perfume as Posh claimed, it's legal to be mailed. If you refuse, I understand and we will agree to disagree. Thanks again.

I used this product before.
After the product settles in this bottle, there is a separation line of oil and water. I will send you another picture.

I've never seen this product with this must separation. Somehow water was added. I've used this product for years and this is a first.

@1savvyshopper instead of mailing it back, please upload a picture of the product code. It's a four digit/letter code somewhere on the box lid, or bottom. Or on the label on the bottle. Thank you.

I am interested in purchasing the Luella Asian print booties; however you said you cannot find them and “it’s not looking good.” I see that the size 8 is available on the SA website. I rather pay the offer price available via Poshmark because with the SA shipping, the cost is too high. I am going on vacation soon and I’v been hoping have the booties before I leave. Can you please let me know what the status is? In that will I will have closure. Thank you.

@1savvyshopper i know that’s what the website says that’s why I said it says we have it but before I confirm your offer I wanted to make sure. When I looked in the warehouse yesterday I didn’t see it. I’m headed to go back there now to look one more time before I confirm rather it not we have it. The website will have to be updated as well.

@1savvyshopper If I don’t have it for you here on posh I don’t have it a available online either. Some may have just forgotten to update the inventory. That’s why I said let me put my hands on it first. We sell from other websites and in store. I know you want to take these for your vacation and trying to look ASAP so you will know for certain. I should know something in the next hour.
