Shorebrand California blue and white tropical halter maxi dress. Has a center panel and two side panels that open up at the waist. The length is 42” total from top to bottom. 32” from waist to hemline. Waist is completely elastic shirring measuring 13” at the top and 11” at the waist. Hardly ever worn.
