Short Black Ruffle Pea Coat

This is the cutest coat, I have no idea what brand it is Because I bought it at a boutique where someone had ripped the brand tag out. It has an inside tag that says size large, and it’s 30% wool and 70% polyester with a polyester lining and a tule ruffle that makes it puff out a little bit for a fuller look. It has a fold-over 5 button front and little ruffles on the sleeves. It reminds me of something from Devil Wears Prada! It has some pilling on the cuffs of the sleeves which is weird seeing that I never wore it.
