Short Black and White Dress with Gold Belt

Short black and white dress with a pattern. Comes with a gold belt with two holes to hold it. Has a sweetheart cut top that's strapless and has cups. Top also has an elastic/stretchy band. Very comfortable. Worn once for pictures, but like new. Can fit a small or medium.
