Short Blue Sundress

I found this dress at a boutique in Portland that has since closed, but was on of my favs of all time: Blake. The owner had the best style and found the coolest pieces. I immediately fell head over heels for the unique blue swirls of this pattern. Kinda looks like waves, so I always rocked it by the beach. 🏝
