Short Light Blue Semi Formal Dress

Really pretty dress, can be dressed up really well, also can be dressed down. Strapless, ties in the back, elastic in the back for better sizing. Worn once, has a few really small snags , barely noticeable and a small stain in the back I haven't tried to get it out but I'm sure you maybe could, but it's barely even noticeable, it's on the bottom.
