Flared skirt by Toad & Company, size large, very soft and flowing. color is olive green and doesn't show well in the pictures. Pairs great with tights and a sweater when it's cold and a tank top and sandals when it's warm. In excellent condition from non-smoking home. Features wide waistband (4 and 3/4" wide) with side runches. Length from waistband is approximately 22 and 1/2" and waist measures approximately 33", some elasticity in waistband.
