Short Prom Dress

Strapless dress with a black top, a red strap that ties in the back, and a flowing white bottom. Worn only ONCE there are a couple stains on the dress (only in the front on the white part and could be dry cleaned) there's a red flower on the waist (made of the same fabric as the band). The dress is short. It isn't see through but no dark panties, just in case. The size says 11/12, but I wore this freshman year when fitting in size small clothes. This was bought in the women's section, no doubt.
