Short Rose Spring Dress

Short flirty floral dress. Slip inside, so not see through. (see picture of hand). The material is thick and sturdy, it keeps that nice structure and doesn't blow up when it's windy. Bought it out of country so unsure of the exact size and brand. My mannequin has a 27 inch waste and it fit perfectly. Material has some stretch. No tears or stains. The inside has two small cut marks from me removing the breast pads. You can put breast pads back in through the openings if you wish. .
