Short Semi-Formal Dress

Knee length semi-formal dress. Black and off-white. Bottom has a sheet layer over a solid black lining. Top is off-white with gathering, super flattering. Stretchy straps and a section “belt” around the waist. Has a sheer ribbon that ties in the back. Worn once.
