Short Sleeve Cowl Neck Dress

Flattering, navy, beige, and off-white dress with a cowl neckline and rouching on the front. Perfect for work. As you can see in the 3rd picture, the cowl neck is coming un-stitched from the shoulder. I have just tucked that piece in with no issues, but if I was a bit handier, I'd stitch that up!!
