Short Sleeve Cowl Neck Sweater

Short sleeve, dusty blue, lightweight, ribbed "sweater" with cowl neck. The tags are gone. Sizing seems like a Large and the fabric appears to be a synthetic blend. It's like like a sweater without technically being one. Worn twice. Good used condition.
