Short Sleeve H&M Striped Crop Top

Right above the waist, It doesn't fit my body shape an I only wore it once, looks great if you wear a black undershirt but anyways it's a large but it seems pretty small on me, and I'm a medium. Divided H&M made in Bulgaria. 96% cotton and 4% Elastane. The material is pretty stretchy, I believe the limit would be double it's actual size. From the neckline to the bottom it is about 7 1/2 inches and from one side to the other it is about 9 inches the sleeves from the neckline are about 5 1/2 inch.
