Short Sleeve Shirt Dress, elastic waist and sash

Light blue with white poppies short sleeve shirt dress. Pearly white buttons all the way down. Has an elastic waist with a sash. Material (viscose) is very light and flowy. Super comfy but dressy enough for a wedding. I'm 5'7" and it fell to just below my knees. Worn once.
