Short blue fit and flare dress

Great condition - only worn twice! Flattering material is a bit heavier, with nice Vs in front and back. Hidden zipper and clasp in back. Fit and flare style, depending on your chest size it might fit more like an empire waist. Thin belt loops could easily be snipped if you don’t like ‘em. Color is a bit darker than colbalt blue.
