Short brown dress with blue collar

This dress has SUCH a cute shape when I wear it—but unfortunately I can’t zip it up anymore. It has two stains on the front so I am selling it at a deep discount, but if you know how to get stains out of clothing I think it would be a steal. I bought it at a subway station shop in Korea; it has a polyester lining so I often wore it with tights in the winter and a pair of heels.
