goodnight_moon0 @mk4 I think it's cotton but I'll check when I get home! And it doesn't have a waist the top part is elastic since it can be worn off the shoulder. It pulls in a little at the chest area but it's an a-line fit. I hope that helps😊 if you want I can post a picture wearing the dress if you need a better idea
