Short dress

Padded up top and flowy on the bottom. The top is super stretchy and the dress is padded so you can go sans bra. It’s short. This is listed as a medium, but I wear a small usually and I pulled it off. My friend from Israel gave it to me so I’ve never heard of the brand before “ studio pasha”
