Short dress Fishbowl Floral Print Victorian Collar

Beautiful floral dress made by Fishbowl. There are two layers to the dress. The top layer is sheer floral. The bottom layer is a solid black. Both layers are a light fabric. Elastic cuffs and neck line. Dress closes in the back with three black pearl looking buttons. Dress could be worn as a tunic. Size L Dress length is 34 inches Measuring on a flat surface the dress is 20 inches across at the bust. Sleeves are 23 inches.
