Short, flare dress

Size M, loose blue summer dress. Has a cute texture look with polkadots, and cute ruffle short sleeves. Looks good casual with white tennis, sandals or dress up with booties a cute bag, and a summer hat! I’m 5’4 and it goes right above my knee. I have even worn it with blue denim shorts with just the top tucked in a bit. Can be worn as a summer dress or cute shirt.
