Short formal black and white dress

Worn once! Like new. Zipper closure in the back. Double layered neckline, but sewn together. Silver waistband has sequins. Black skirt is a little shorter in front than back, but it is also double layered. Tulle layer underneath gives bottom shape. Beautiful for any formal occasion!
