Short infinity dress

Short infinity aqua blue dress. Convertible wrap dress. Multi-way dress. Worn once as a bridesmaid. Has small hidden tie on inside to tighten if needed. Very cute and comfortable. Empire waist (high) 32” Length from waistband 21” These were the measurements I have to have the dress made. I’m 5’3” and 130lbs. This dress is SUPER versatile and can be worn up high as an empire waist or pulled down lower to make longer. It is very stretchy and can be worn a ton of different ways.
