Short off the shoulder dress  like new

One ruffle shoulder, creates an off the shoulder look but the bonus is you can still wear a bra  Worn twice,like new. Super cute for summer. Length from waist band is 16” long. I’m 5’6” and it was plenty long enough to cover everything but definitely a shorty for summer ☀️
