Short ruffle detail jacket with flowers

This beautiful short jacket is partially lined, and features a black sparkle trim, sheer ruffles and matching (removable) floral accents. Sleeves are 3/4 length. Winter white with black accents and dots. Sleeves have button (non-functioning) trim.
