Short sleave blouse

Loose fitting. Short sleeve that reaches almost to elbow. (covers upper arm). Draw string sides so you can adjust length. Gathered to fall below crotch when I wore. Got many compliments. Awesome pattern. One of my fav tops before I lost lbs. Pre-worn and vintage items may have small flaws that come with wear and time. Excellent condition. More likely to drop prices if you make it easy i.e. let me use the designer’s size instead of measuring !
