Short sleeve stretchy Turtle neck top by Carolyn Taylor Essentials. Color is what I call turquoise. Fabric is cotton poly very soft and stretchy. Pit to pit is 18" Length is 22". Would look great with the capris also listed in closet. Used but in good condition. No stains, pilling stretching or anything that I can see.
