Short sleeve black floral blouse

Short-sleeved blouse in airy chiffon with a V-neck. Drawstring at front and flounce at cuffs and hem. Made partly from recycled polyester. Size small. The brand is h&m. I’ve personally never worn this and it still has the goodwill tags on. I purchased this from goodwill and paid $7.99 Delivery and shipping fees I have added into the price. Willing to negotiate price though
